I was travelling in Asia to discover food and food process. I am now in Taiwan since 1 month, my plan was to move to japan but … I am now stuck here !
Not a big deal as I really love Taiwan (it is my third stay here !)
But I still want to learn about food here. Is someone have good tips about food, like cooking class or food experience in south Taïwan ?
Since i am here i want to learn more about tofu so if you know à DIY tofu experience it would be the perfect thing for me !!
