Vets recommendation to export pet to Europe

Hello,
I need recommendations of vets that know how to export dogs to Europe, or a kind soul that has done it and can explain it to me.
I am returning to my home country with 2 Taiwanese dogs, born and raised here. Due to the long flight (South America), I will need to stop in Europe (probably Amsterdam through KLM) for a few days so my dogs get out of their crates and rest.
Problem is, their vet has no idea on how to export a dog to Europe or check if the microchip they have is approved by the EU standards. I have since been to other 2 vets and they don’t know either. I printed the form I found on the EU website (cause they don’t have EU pet passport since they are Taiwanese) and the 3 vets don’t know how to complete it (it is a pretty long form, 6-7 pages in English, so I don’t blame them for that).
However, I have spent time and money in these 3 clinics only to be frustrated. I called the Ministry of Agriculture and my Chinese is not good enough, their English isn’t good enough either, they just told me to talk with their vet. I have searched here but the last post is from 2015 and the link to the website OP posted doesn’t open. I have contacted private companies that do that, but they’ve quoted me 12k per dog, which is not feasible for me right now.
I am going crazy, and leaving my dogs here is not an option. Please, does anyone have any recommendations? BTW I am in New Taipei and Taipei area
Thank you!

You have not stated your location.
If you are in the North, you could go to the vet I used when I entered Amsterdam in 2020 with two cats. I seem to recall posting about it in a thread here.

My bad, I am in New Taipei and Taipei area. If you could please let me know which vet it would be great.

Go here, and they will tell you exactly what you need to do. First thing is chip and rabies shots - 21 days plus before you travel, if you have not done it already.
