A couple of friends are coming over to Taiwan in August and we were thinking of going over to Vietnam for a week or two, but I guess it’ll be rainy season then, right?
Has anyone been then? Is it still worth going? If not, any other suggestions? (not Thailand, HK, or Indonesia)
was there last august as well as thailand. it rained the entire time i was in thailand. in vietnam it was mostly cloudy and not very warm. i’d skip all those countries in our summer months because the weather is crap there.
I was in Vietnam two years ago beginning September and I had rain every day, but only in the late afternoon or evening.
For me, Vietnam was great. I loved it !!!
I would really recommend going there if you don’t mind the rain every evening.
