Visa-runs by ferry from Keelung NOT AVAILABLE this year

It’s official guys … no visa-runs can be made this year by ferry to Japanese Islands from Keelung.

I spoke with Superstar Gemini (operator of the cruise) this morning and they confirmed that the cruise to Japanese Islands will not operate this year.

So, can I ask that the moderator spread the good news ??? Sorry I am a newbie to forums and not sure of ‘correct channels’ to request this.

I just don’t want to see others wind-up in same situation as me … looking at paying ANOTHER high-priced airfare when they thought they could just catch the cruise.

I’m sure there was a discussion about this a while ago, but I can’t seem to find it now. Anyhow, I can confirm that the company has shelved the “round-island” cruises due to unprofitability (did my own research on this a little while ago). It seems now that a flight is the cheapest option for visa renewals.
