At the login screen did you use Admin / no password? Make sure in the drop-down box Admin is selected and not User.
BTW I don’t know if your firmware supports this but on the newest models there is a language option once you are logged in, it’s a drop down box on the very left hand side that defaults to 繁體中文. Should make things easier for you but the older firmware doesn’t have this feature.
