I have just moved my old washing machine, which used to work fine, to my new place and now the ****** thing won’t finish the cycle and leaves me with a machine full of water and some extremely wet clothes.
Any suggestions ? I live in Danshui, don’t speak very good Chinese. Ideally I’d like a little man ( or woman ) to come to my place and sort it out.

Soapy or clean water? If it’s soapy, you’ve probably knocked the drain hose off its sleeve, so you have no overflow and the machine will stop when the water level reaches a certain point.
You don’t speak any Chinese? No friends around there to help you that are bilingual? If not, you are in trouble. Maybe you can call some service number listed ont he machine somewhere? Or find yur local Shui dian shop and get that guy to fix it. Go online and get the service number for the company that makes your machine. Go and ask the building manager if he knows anyone near by that can fix it. Maybe ask your land lord? Maybe the English speaking real estate agent that helped you find the place?
