Watch clasp extender / replacement with multiple adjustments?

I’m trying to find something like this:

I see a bunch on Amazon but can’t find any on Shopee or elsewhere. Maybe it’s a translation issue.

I bought a watch, then had to buy a new band with an adjustable clasp (similar to the pic but with only 3 holes), because the in-between sizes with just the regular links were too different.

Thought I finally had a good fit, but my wrist is constantly changing size, and now I’m somewhere between the tightest micro-adjustment hole with an added link, and the loosest adjustment hole with one less link.

Like I can set a size that fits a little loose, and then a couple days later I can’t wear it at all because it’s too tight. Adjusting the clasp isn’t a huge deal, but taking on/off links is a pain. So I want a clasp with more holes.

EDIT: I guess some are extenders, while others are full clasp replacements.

Over the years, I’ve had those types of watch-bands (metallic) fixed by finding those hole-in-the-wall watch repairmen. Just have to find them. Sometimes near a watch store, or even the owner of the watch store.

Any good hole-in-the-wall cheap but hard-working and good watch repair-man in the Taipei area?

Went here for repair of similar metal watch and metal band a decade or more ago, but it’s still there apparently.
You can google.map it and see what the store looks like. Those are the kind that handle these types of requests
