Recently friend tell me had diarrhea 6 times. Belly ache, never had this feeling before.
They had started first time drinking almond milk, a lot daily, and using in cereal for few days.
I suggest could be the almond milk. Just a possibly option so stop drinking for few days and check.
I’ve been trying to explain to friend that almond milk is not milk. Doesn’t compute.
