I figured that. It kind of had a negative influence on my appetite though.
I can honestly say that the boerewors from “taiwansaffies” is the best you will get in Taiwan! It is the real thing! I used to get wors from someone in Taipei. It had the same texture and taste as ordinary Taiwan sausage… lots of big pieces of fat! :s So I suggest that you contact taiwansaffies via his website!
