I feel like an idiot for asking, but… WCIF duffel bags? I’m not even sure what they’re called in Chinese. 行李袋?
I’m going on a trip soon and don’t want the hassle of a suitcase, so I plan on taking my camera bag (a backpack) and packing my clothes in a duffel. But obviously, that requires finding one first…

I’d start with the outdoor hiking/camping shops that are near Taipei Main Station: they’re in a row along Zhongshan Road, mostly on the west side, but the biggest such shop is probably MetrOasis at 台北市中山區中山北路一段21號1F.
Plus you can read Chinese, so that website’s a lot more useful to you than it is to me.
I’ve also seen military supply stores around, but I can’t recall where. (Well, I remember one kind of near TaiNAN train station, but I doubt that’s helpful to you.)

How big of a duffel bag do you need? Any special features like wheels or will a basic one do? What’s your budget?
Go to any outdoor sporting goods store and they should have some.
MetrOasis also has a location in the same building as the Zhonghe Carrefour on Zhongshan Road, but the one near Taipei Main Station is closer to to an MRT stop.
Carrying a duffel bag without wheels can be very tiring, just in case you haven’t considered that.
I just bought a large, wheeled duffel at Goodwill for my flight back to Taiwan from America (tomorrow). It’s got a small tear on one side (nothing duct tape wouldn’t cure) and is likely better quality than anything you’d get at a night market. I don’t need another bag moldering away in my closet. You’re welcome to it if you can pick it up in Taipei on Sunday.
