I’d be very surprised if that’s available here, although maybe there’s some equivalent East or Southeast Asian product that goes by a different name. I usually bring a few bags back from Canada - even in Vancouver, finding it was a minor quest.

It doesn’t seem to be on iHerb; even on Amazon, it’s “Currently unavailable”, or doesn’t ship to this location.

Paging @Dragonbones. If anyone knows, it’d be him.

EDIT: very thin ten-year-old hints in this thread; for what it’s worth, I don’t think I’ve ever seen it on the menu at the different Mexican restaurants.

There is a restaraunt in Taipei making masa. I am 85% sure it was Masa (name). could try asking them if they can do batches of hominy as well. not a massive difference in equipment needed.
