WCIF lime zest/lime peel (the shaved peeling of a lime). I wanted to make a key lime pie. I realize I need to make it myself. Probably won’t find key limes, but any lime zest will do in Taiwan.
You can find limes at many markets in Taiwan. They call them 無籽檸檬 (seedless lemons), but they’re limes. Don’t confuse them with green lemons, which are actual lemons with green skin.

This is totally new to me. I’ve never heard of lime zest being available pre-packaged anywhere in the world. I’ve certainly never seen it here in Taiwan. That’s not to say it doesn’t exist.
