WCIF sausage casing in Taipei?

I want to experiment and make my own bratwurst, does anyone know where I can find sausage casing (the edible skin that covers the sausage) in Taipei?

I’ve gotten them from pork vendors in traditional markets before.

Ask for 豬腸衣 (Zhū chángyī)
i haven’t tried but i hear they and other shops in dihua street have them brined/salted: ichanchem.com/

This thread is now quite old, so I was wondering if anyone had any up-to-date recommendations for finding sausage casings in Taipei?

I was thinking to have a go at making sausages (Northern Thai style, bratwurst, Cumberland, whatever - haven’t decided yet), just for fun and for taking to the next BBQ.

Would prefer buying online or from an actual store rather than having to go to a wet market, although I could possibly tolerate the latter if that’s really the best option.

I’ve seen a few products on Shopee but I’m not entirely sure what I’m looking for yet. Some of the product images are a bit off-putting, though I suppose that goes back to the saying that one doesn’t want to know how the sausage gets made.

As I understand, dried casings (like this) are more suited for making cured and semi-dry sausages rather than regular sausages and aren’t really what I’m looking for (?).
