Some place with halfway decent fall-off-the-bone pork ribs, non-rubbery tri-tip, some good sliced hot links, etc etc. Anyone?!
God I wish. Miss me some beef brisket. Where you from? I’m born-and-raised Kansas City, so I’m missing it myself.
Yuma’s real nice for ribs, some people like Outback for ribs (seriously) and I have a friend who swears by Carnegies (I admit they’re real good), but for me, Yuma makes the best BBQ ribs and Chicken, meat just the way you like it, chicken soft and tender. They don’t have brisket I don’t think (but grilled burgers yes). I brought some of my mom’s brisket back from the US last month, but unfortunately it didn’t last the week…
No I am most definitely not the owner or related in any way, in case you are wondering (though I think he’s on the boards here sometime). Haven’t gone as much since the eliminated the buy-one-get-one-free full rack of ribs special on Tuesdays.
Oh and you might try Gordon Biersch, they serve a big rack o ribs too.
