If you really want this style and cannot find one, you can always have one made. There are ladies who specialize in backpacks/schoolbags at the textiles market by Dihua street in Taipei.

I see that style of backback in many stores at my local Night Market. I wonder if OP is looking to buy a new backpack with a similar style, or if he lost it and is asking us where to look for it.

Ah sorry missing details. So I live in the US, my girlfriend visited Taiwan a few years ago and bought this backpack. She absolutely loves it but it has gotten pretty worn and she has to sew it together quite often and really would like to replace so if I can find the same style backpack (or very similar), it would basically be the perfect gift. Is there anyway I could get one of these backpacks shipped to the US? Or if I could pay someone to ship it to me (if there is a safe way to deal with payment and so on). I’d really appreciate any help!
Does it have any labels/brand name/etc? Yes, the fabric looks like something traditionally Aboriginal, but sincerely, as a shopaholic, the picture does not ring any bells as to have it seen before. First find it, then worry about shipping.

Try searching 原住民後背包. I have a very nice and extremely rugged aboriginal style backpack. When I was using it the other day, an Amei friend jokingly remarked that the brand is the aborigine LV. The one you have doesn’t seem to have a label on the front like mine does (doesn’t seem to have a brand) and so it might be hard to track down.
I remember seeing something like that in this chain store in Taichung:
It is some sort of clothes supermarket located across the B & Q at Beitun Rd.
They sell so many types of backpacks there.

This one is super close! Its the same style and everything! I’ve also found a store on ebay that has some similar ones so ive messaged them to see if they can make the design.

Found the thing, or something quite similar, for 980 NTD at Shilin night market. Or at least, it looks like it, but is the back black? It looked a bit too flimsy and “cheap”, to be honest.
