Rats do that too because there is a substance of soy origin in the wire insulation.

I thought the repair guy was polite and legitimately tried to help. Part in the washer was broken and, I believe, he could have repaired it but the cost wasn’t that much less than a new machine. The part for the refrigerator wasn’t available because it was an old model.
Compared to, say, Chunghwa, who sort of glance at things before saying they can’t help you, I thought they were good.
I had some static build up on my stacked dryer, so the LG guys came out and installed a special ground for it.
