I am trying to log in to a website of an American company (Financially related) When I log in it keeps timing out. Cannot access the website to log in. I spoke to someone at the company and nothing they can do on their end. It must be something to do with server here. I use Taiwan Mobile for my internet. But they cannot seem to help me. Does anyone know how I can stop it from not timing out? I do not have problems with other websites
Try a different browser. Chrome, Edge or Firefox.

Try using a VPN. Some websites has geo restrictions.

Seach VPN on here. There are some threads about “reliable” vpns. Or you can google vpn to see recommendations. Some are free, some cost money. Essentially it is an app that you would install on your computer or phone that makes it look like you are logging in from a different part of the world among many other things. So if you are trying to log into a US website from Taiwan, you would choose US in the vpn app and it will create a connection that makes it look like you are trying to access the website from the US.

I also recommend NordVPN, which I’ve used before. Although it might not be worth the price if you’re only going to use it for one website. I guess it depends on how often you plan to use it.
You should first let Joebie test the website with the VPN turned on to see if that’s the issue.
Alternatively, you can also try asking the company to remove the geolocation restrictions from their website. A lot of websites nowadays have the restrictions turned on by default for no good reason, without even taking into consideration that their customers can’t access their website when they are traveling overseas.
I can access the home page but when trying to login it “times out”
That seems to be the case for me as well, so maybe a VPN will help.

I forgot I still have a NordVPN subscription, so I tried going to the login page with the VPN turned on, and it worked. It doesn’t work otherwise.
Might be time to look into getting NordVPN.
Actually, if I were you I would make a big fuss and tell them to disable their geolocation restrictions on their website. Otherwise none of their customers will be able to log in when they are traveling overseas.
