You know like a phone when the battery is low, your body finds ways to either use its energy efficiently, or shut stuff off in order to conserve energy. That means you must eat less and less to maintain weight.

The problem is we don’t even know enough about metabolism to know how to manipulate it, imagine a normal user trying to find out what iphone’s low power mode algorithm is, it’s completely locked and there’s no way to find out let alone adjust its settings.

And what’s worse is it’s different for everyone.

If we knew how to fuck around with metabolism and put our body in “performance mode” where the body just turns absolutely EVERYthing on, and burns its energy in very inefficient ways. And nobody would be fat.

There may be side effects like reduced lifespan…
