Western movies dubbed in Chinese?

My MOD box has a whole movie channel (69 - Fox Family Movies) featuring Western movies with Chinese audio tracks. I’ve seen cool movies like Back to the Future, Ghostbusters and the Simpsons movie all dubbed in mandarin with Taiwanese voice actors.

I’d like to watch more of these to improve my Chinese. However, the DVDs of these movies don’t seem to include these audio dubs. The new Taiwan netflix also doesn’t include any Chinese audio tracks (i assumed it would).

Are these dubs just being done by the channel?
Where can I watch them on demard; are they commercially available?
IF not, are they available to stream online; how do I search for them?

If you’re looking for Western movies, I’d suggest YouTube. I’ve seen a few early Clint Eastwood ones that were dubbed into Chinese.

Yes I was wrong; been searching Netflix Taiwan, and it does have some mandarin dubs. So far I’ve found:

Forest Gump
Raiders of the Lost Ark
Temple of Doom
Shrek

Maybe we should make a comprehensive list.

They have The Good, the Bad and the Ugly. It’s a great Western. :thumbsup:

Working my way up to that one again. Watched a Fistful of Dollars and a few Dollars more so far
