On my way to Fulong last week, one passed our train. Fast. Impressive-looking.
The price is same as “Zi qiang hao” but faster than it.(130km/hr)
From Taipei to Hua lian it will take 115 mins in the future.
Is there a business class option on that train?
No.
But they only sell the tickets for seats.
So It won’t be crowded.
And every car has the toilet.
