Teacher license issued by the government of the teacher’s home country.

That’s if the OP means teaching at a public/private elementary, middle school, or high school. If you mean for cram schools, you don’t need anything if you have at least a BA/BS, though sometimes schools require it. You also must be from a country in which English is an official language.

Assuming you are asking on the qualifications for non-buxiban teachers.
If you are from New Zealand, diploma of teaching is recognized.
If your country doesn’t issue teacher license, official documents of the country that shows you qualify to teach at schools, and it should be authenticated by TECO.
外籍教師所附合格任教資格證明文件如以下說明：
- 美國、英國、加拿大、澳洲、紐西蘭、南非等國皆有核發教師證。
- 紐西蘭師範學制diploma of teaching即可任教。

It looks like you can teach at a cram school. You didn’t mention if you are an accredited teacher in your country, so if you’re not you can’t teach in a public or private elementary, middle, or high school.
I am a certified Indian teacher. I already have government certification. But can varify only through gov. website (online). So can I teach in public schools here?
It sounds like you can. From what I remember, that is what they do, verify it online. I couldn’t tell you the process for getting a job and getting everything verified, but it sounds like you have what you need. Public school jobs are usually but not always found through recruiters. There are some Taiwan teaching jobs forums on FB. Just search and join all of them and you’ll see some posts with government school openings. The recruiter can tell you what you’ll need. Just be careful when dealing with recruiters.

Your school should print out the government page including your name and certified date, and an official announcement explaining that they no longer issue a paper certificate.
