What bank to chose for online shopping and cashback?

Hello,
I’m trying to choose a bank in Taiwan. I’d mainly use it for online purchases (general shopping and flight tickets) and I’d like to have a good cash back package.
(I have a work ARC in Taiwan)
Do you have a recommendation which bank/card package to choose?
I’d appreciate any feedback you may have~
