It’s my first CH. New Year in Taiwan. I don’t go anywhere outside like most taiwanese, so I 'd like to see something interesting in Taipei. I heard about Lantern Festival, but nobody can tell me when and in which place. If anybody knows where is worth to go and see something interesting , please write.

Latern Festival is at the CKS memorial, According to english.taipei.gov.tw/TCG/index. … ordid=2035 it’s Feb 11-27 this year. It worth seeing if you’re around.
I don’t think there’s much happening during New Year itself, everyone goes home to be with their families and have a holiday, everything pretty much closes down.
