Let me clarify… you most certainly DO want to hire someone who’s had a beer with a taxi driver, shot the shit with a security guard, bought food for a stray dog/cat, gotten their hands dirty, and so on. These are good people

This is my impression as well. If you value your child’s rounded well-being you might want to get out of Dodge before 4-5th grade.
