I know it means “temperament” in Chinese tho in Chinese articles, I often hear it being used to describe a girl’s inner and physical beauty. But doesn’t temperament mean just your disposition, your nature? IDK, is 气质 used to mean “one’s vibe”?
There isn’t really an exact equivalent in English. Maybe poise or presence comes close. Kind of a natural sophistication or charisma. Your simplified characters are hurting my eyes…they’re definitely lacking in 氣質.

氣質 is one of the Chinese words that is famously hard to translate into English. Same as 撒嬌
I like “simper.”

撒嬌isn’t teasing right?
Acting like a little cute child to get what you want
Yeah, that’s basically it…involving a lot of pouting, simpering and cooing (and referring to oneself as “人家”)

Update: Never mind, I got a Chinese book for Christmas a few weeks ago. I already understand qi zhi (氣質)
