What is the double taxation agreement between Singapore and Taiwan for a freelancer?

I’m a Singaporean. As a Gold Card holder and working as a freelancer, do I need to pay tax to Singapore and Taiwan for the income I earn from a Singapore registered company assuming I’m physically residing in Taiwan and the work is performed remotely.
