Most certainly. They were (almost) never out. Even when the surgical masks were rare, it was quite possible to get (K)N95s in almost every B&Q, pharmacy, etc. Maybe a short window at the beginning of this pandemic…
Usually you just go to a place where sometimes there’s guys playing music and the shop sells you ethanol at highly inflated price, and you drink it thinking it would drown out your sorrows but it only makes you more sad.
