When Buddha Meets the Gods

Thinking of a meaningful Christmas this year?

The “When Buddha Meets the Gods (Reunion of Religious Associations)” event is held on the 25th December every year. This year, 50,000 representatives of Buddhism, Taoism, Catholicism, and Confucianism from home and abroad will join in this event to celebrate religious harmony and world peace. This event has started a new chapter in the history of religion, and highlights the interaction between various religions.

Two new World Records will be created during the event this year: 1. most number of deities, and 2. the most number of shrines, temples, and churches gathering for the event.

If you are in Taiwan, and want to spend a meaningful Christmas, what better way than joining us in the event. Admission is free! And you would get to see local religious groups perform and parade.
