Where can I buy textbooks, graded readers, and other Chinese learning resources?

I want to buy some things to help me with my studying, such as graded readers or textbooks, but I’m not really sure where to look (I’m between HSK3-4). Is there a physical store in Taipei where I might be able to find some books like this? Or perhaps a library with a good children’s section?

You can buy the books the kids use in schools. The textbooks etc. just go into the stationary stores that are near any elementary or junior high school and pick what subjects you want. A lot of the libraries have decent children sections.
