Where can I find Adderall, Vyvanse, Clonidine, alternatives in Taiwan?

just wondering if there are any alternatives to Adderall, Vyvanse, or Clonidine available in taiwan?
I know the 3 I have mentioned are illegal (in taiwan), so no luck there.
