I like in Taichung and I have visited few local shops and Formosa times but they only have good discount(30-40%) on very few watches. Where can i find good watches with heavy discounts(40% and above) on brands like Seiko, Citizen and Orient?
You could try the various pawn sops in the city. My friend uses them.
