All of Canada is always crying.
Except when we are fascinated by wiki pages.
Then we’re fascinated, not crying.

Syrup is just sugar. Maple syrup is sugary syrup from maple tree sap. In the end it’s all sugar. Invert sugar, syrup is just a mix of fructose and glucose, as is honey, honey is an invert sugar. Some syrups is just high fructose corn syrup with caramel flavour and color added.
I always buy maple syrup at Costco but I get why people like pancake syrup. Try a baking store to buy it, or buy corn syrup then add some maple syrup or extract.
I’ve seen fake American syrup at import stores like Willies/G&G. I guess I’m a weird American for preferring real maple syrup on the rare occasion that I want syrup at all. (Maybe for french toast now and then.)
I’m not sure I’ve ever seen Eggo in Taiwan, but I’ve also never been on the lookout for them.
Where is that? I’ll try it lol
Look up baking supply stores in your area.
