I want to ask if anybody knows where to find Taiwan postcards (scenery, buildings, people… anything that smells Taiwan ^__^…)? The ones from online store is okay, too. I already have the ones in Eslite, so I’m looking for another styles…

Try bookstores, and perhaps the main railway station (there is a shop in the main hall (1F) that sells souvenirs).
If you’re in Tainan, try the Armory Pub. They’ve got a good selection downstairs, many made from photos taken by the boss.
Caves used to have some, dunno now.

I found some interesting postcards done by local artists at the Red House Theater’s handmade/crafts area.
CKS Memorial Hall has a store in the basement area with a lot of souviners including a lot of postcards. A good amount of different ones in there. I did the same as you, got all the Eslite ones then had to find more. Taipei Main Station has some shops with them as well.
One thing I find here is that you actually have to be in the area to get the cards. East Coast, Joiufen, Green Island… they all have great postcards, but good luck finding them outside of the place!!!

I am wondering where to buy postcards (not greeting cards) in Taipei, except some museums, Breeze and Eslite? Are there any other places you can recommend? I really write a large number of postcards due to being a member in the website postcrossing, so I would love to buy a lot of postcards from somewhere that has a larger variety than tourist hotspots.

Thank you! I’ve been in Taichung twice last week and wish I knew then, will come whenever I’m there again, which won’t be anytime soon I’m afraid. Do you have a branch in Taipei?

Mail order sounds nice too, or I could arrange pick-ups via my dad who is in Taichung most of the time, and he comes to Taipei at least once in two weeks. Looking forward to your updates!
