Hard to find book! I see it on Ebay from time to time. It’s worth checking there occasionally, if you are not in a hurry for it. More pricey copies are here:

Don’t bother with the bookstores. It’s out of print. What I did was printed the online version and took it to a printing shop for binding. Actually, you could probably just give them a disk and ask them to print and bind it.

The book was in print again last year. (I don’t know about now.) The recent local edition is a thick trade paperback that costs about NT$350. Perhaps the best place to look would be the Taiwan store near Tai-Da, not far from SMC (Nan Tian).
