Where can I get a Medallion Signature Guarantee Stamp?

Does anyone know where I can get a Medallion Signature Guarantee Stamp?
I asked at a couple of banks, and they were unable to help.
This is a bit like a notary stamp, but a notary won’t do for this.
I had an inactive account in the US, and now they say I need to jump through this hoop to prove who I am. Many thanks for any help.

Hi Zender, excuse me for reviving this old thread, but did you ever find a place in Taiwan to obtain a Medallion Signature Guarantee Stamp? My parents currently have the same need.

No, I never found a place to get one in Taiwan, but apparently, it’s a common thing in the US.

Bumping this once again. Apparently overseas branches of US banks can sometimes do this. Does anyone know of such banks in Taiwan?
