The situation in Boracay is terrible. Only a handful of places have the authority to open . No tourists , unless staying in their "approved " properties. No watersports/ Diving allowed. They won’t even allow properties to update their sewerage systems without a permit …can’t apply unless you already have a system…total catch 22. So Mr x buys a place , and can not even go to live/stay there now. So it’s correct they enforce the water issue…but why not allow properties to fix it immediately ?
