Does anyone know where to declare cash at Terminal 2 prior to departing Taiwan? From the terminal map it appears to be on the 2F arrival in an area labeled “Gift Boulevard”. How much time should one safely allot for the declaration process? To whom do you show the declaration form when passing thru customs?
