I put mine down for Chiayi but really that goes for all heavily populated west coast areas (excluding Taichung which is more gridlike in my experience and the drivers arent bad just fast). Chiayi City, Douliou and Jhongli/Taoyuan are particularly bad.
I suggest an amendment to the poll though…because tied with the West Coast for worst drivers is the suburbs of Taipei. The whole South and West swath in particular (Xindian, Jhonge, Banciao, Shulin, Xinzhuang, Sanchong, Luzhou, Taishan, Wugu etc.) is Hell on Earth to drive in. County roads stop and start at random with intermittent signage and people drive like idiots.
