If it starts with a T, then it’s a taxi. All others I think are Ubers.

These examples are probably not what you are seeing but…
If it’s a white plate with about one-third red then it’s a diplomatic vehicle registered by a country with official diplomatic relations.
If it’s a white plate with about one-third yellow then it’s registered by a country with an unofficial diplomatic relationship.
