And why the hell have I been seeing his name all over MY internet?? :s
Who? Sacha Baron Cohen’s latest incarnation. Pretends to be a antisemitic mysogynist central Asian hick to take the piss out of 'Mericans/thickies.
Why? It’s funny.
Ah, I thought he was some terrorist! lol No kidding. I kept seeing his name next to the picture of the Brit guy who wanted to blow up the world, well not the world, but America. I got confused when he was on frockin Letterman. wtf
thanks BC, I owe ya a pair of panties
Two anonymous plaintiffs are suing 20th Century Fox and One America Productions, claiming members of their college fraternity were interviewed to become part of the smash “Borat: Cultural Learnings of America for Make Benefit Glorious Nation of Kazakhstan” film.
The plaintiffs – listed as John Doe 1 and John Doe 2 – were allegedly assured the film would not be shown in the U.S. and their identities would not be revealed.
They were both selected to appear in the movie and, according to the suit, taken “to a drinking establishment ‘to loosen up’ and provided alcoholic beverages.” They claim they signed the movie releases after “heavy drinking.”
The suit claims both men were then taken to a motor home where they were filmed, all the while “encouraged to continue drinking.”
The movie features a scene in a motor home where Cohen gets drunk with three frat boys and the group watches the Pamela Anderson/Tommy Lee sex tape while inebriated.
The plaintiffs claim they suffered “humiliation, mental anguish, and emotional and physical distress, loss of reputation, goodwill and standing in the community…” because the movie was indeed released in the U.S.
The suit asks for unspecified damages.
Borat Lawsuit -- High Five!!!

Terrorist? Terrifying, maybe.

And since you seem so far behind the eight ball, here’s a head’s up on the next Cohen movie based on his character, Bruno.
Bruno does Daytona beach.
“Is it possible to see the asscher?” “What else do you haf to say to Austria’s gay community?”

Looks like he’s wearing a sling or something. I’m just waiting for the jewels to be slung out or him.
There’s already an Australian equivalent.
Watch out for Kenny the Aussie toilet plumber.

Am I the only one who doesn’t think Borat is that funny? I first saw Borat about 5 years ago as a few short sketches on the Ali G show and thought then that Borat was the weakest character. Rewatching the DVD recently, and my opinion hasn’t really changed.
Watching Ali G interview Mohammed al Fayed on the other hand, is absolutely fecking brilliant.
