yeah there was the famous case where a bunch of police fired their pistols everywhere, even from a moving patrol car. And even point blank at the tires (which strangely never pierced the tires…must be specially useless bullets). Its amazing no one else was hurt or killed. IN the end the guy was shot dead . And he wasn’t really a felon. Just a guy who refused to stop all the while police are shooting at him…Not the brightest bulb that guy.
