Anyone can recommend a lawyer in Taipei to create a simple will for me so my spouse can inherit my bank accounts? I can speak Chinese.
I think he is too expensive for my blood. I only need a very simple Will, which is best to be created by a local Chinese lawyer not someone catered to oversea Chinese.

Why do you need a lawyer? You can use a notary for this process, they charge under 5k
I did, I told him I only have bank accounts in my email, he asked if I have stocks, bonds, real estate…etc anyway. I replied to tell him no and I didn’t hear back from him again.

They gave me their template. Can you speak Chinese? Just google for notary they are everywhere but depends if you speak Chinese or need a foreigner friendly notary
