I have a couple months off this winter and am hoping to find extra work over part of it. Up in Korea, they have many winter camps where you can make a fair amount of money in a short time. Do such things exist down here? If not, would my best bet for finding extra work be a subsitute teacher gig? And if that is not a possibility… would one of you kind posters please give me lots of money for doing absolutely nothing? I am new down here and think that would be really nice you.
There are winter camps, but because of how late Chinese New Year is this year (or early, I can’t remember) the timing is really screwed up. Winter camp only lasts for 3 or 4 weeks anyways. You’d have to find a school willing to hire you illegally because it’s not worth the paperwork for them for such a short time and we all know what tends to happen to people who work at schools illegally…
