My company has applied for a work permit and I’m monitoring the progress online. It has shown “under review for more than a week… finally, the status changed to “ Document Supplement”. We don’t know what document supplement they needed and tried to call before the office closes but to no avail.
By updating status, if a document supplement is needed I think it should require the office to call the applicant and specify what documents are needed because such details are not put online.
Anyone here experienced something like this?
