…and what is your take?

Wasn’t this topic done to death by Hartzell and folk back in the day? Is like Groundhog Day ever so often! ![]()
We should probably start doing some videos.
It is done to death, and the legal answer is pretty black and white, but that doesn’t stop China and CCP supporters in Taiwan to spread their propaganda to death.
Anyway, the US Supreme court refused to make a ruling on the Roger Lin case, so it’s not that the legality is completely settled. The court just says sovereignty isn’t something for the Supreme court to decide. The official executive take on the issue for most administrations is that Taiwan is a foreign territory temporarily occupied by the Allied Powers with undetermined status pending self-determination.
No matter how one spins it. The take home point is that the CCP/PRC clearly have no legitimate claim over taiwan. Never have. Still dont. Like, literally, nothing. If we use an old Chinese narrative nope, a Japanese narrative nope, or even an anti democracy/freedom/ethics USA styled narrative. Nope. None of them line up with the CCP/PRC claims of occupation, without EVER occupying Taiwan. The point is completely moot in this regard. People stirring the pot in this regard are showing how desperate the CCP is to try and flex. Frankly, it’s fucking pathetic. History is already written, why do folks even entertain these delusional fantasies?
