The best fried chicken I’ve had in Asia… maybe the world… is in Korea. They really know what they’re doing. And it tastes lighter and crispier than the greasy, overrated, artery clogging stuff from the American South.
Fried chicken here is okay, but it seems it’s always in popcorn form and I’m not a big fan of the seasoning a lot of the street stalls use. To be honest, I can take it or leave it.
Haven’t tried much Japanese fried chicken.
