As part of NaNoWriMo (www.http://ywp.nanowrimo.org/what-is-nanowrimo), I’m hosting a morning workshop for children up to 13 years old to take part in the creative writing process together. Limited to 15 children so please sign up early and make sure you do come if you sign up. 50NT donation recommended to cover materials and running costs. Please indicate how many children you are signing up.
I’ll be doing a review on what a novel is and its components, brainstorming writing ideas, and then supporting children in starting their stories or novels. Younger children will be able to do some storyboard work and older children might like to just dig right in.
