Seriously, this is the type of crap that really sours me on Taiwan. The TRA website (English side) is full of dead links, poor chinglish and is pretty much bloody useless. I just want to order some tickets from Taipei to Kaoshiung. I have to go thru several different sites within the TRA site. There is no information on the prices. It wants my passport number to do an inquiry? Then I fill out the form and it says the booking is successful without even telling me how much? Has anyone figured out how to use this site??
