In Taipei, I have a friend who took me to a place he really likes this time, Dihua Street and Dadaocheng. I’ve always wanted to buy locally made kitchen knives, especially those from Taiwan. I found “Yanping Knives and Swords,” and they have many excellent Taiwanese-made (Formosa) knives, especially fish knives and slicing knives. I bought two, and I find them very practical! The prices are very reasonable. If you’re looking for Chinese or Japanese culinary knives, I highly recommend this knife shop!
