How did the Day of Retribution go- can’t seem to locate any articles about it? Lots of stories from before the 25th from right wing sources saying antifa was announcing it, but no stories of anything actually happening.
Yea, I know. How it works is, unsubstantiated claim made, doesn’t happen, rinse and repeat.
Plenty of cities on that twitter account you can look into as you scroll down.
Or you can click on that YouTube live site of 9 streamers right now.
Yep, won’t see any trouble there, bwahahaha.
Not referring just to MSM; have not seen any references on right-wing sites either. Do you have any links?
I searched Google for Day of Retribution July 25; Day of Action July 25; both those with antifa/Portland added- nada from any sites, conservative to antifa itself.
The right wing in the US would be wise not to do 2 things, 1. not to over sensationalize Antifa, the hard core all dressed in black armed with shields I don’t see as that many, 100 or so in Portland which is supposed to be their stronghold, the police if they were allowed could take care of it quickly and 2. Even think about filling the void, those are the images everyone in the MSM want and will play 24/7.
But I’m reading and seeing stories made by Seattle residents who are not right wing but who seem to be reaching their wits’ end nonetheless.
Of course the MSM would do its dead-level best to make them to to be “right wing” if things go sideways, but they’re not. Instead they are Seattle-liberal residents with significant business holdings who are learning that their commercial insurance explicitly excludes coverage for damage due to rioting, and who are fed up with Seattle city government.
Things like this, west of the Mississippi, have always found a way not always inside the law to fix obvious wrongdoings. It’s not a right or left issue, it’s an investment/livelihood issue - as were these kinds of issues in the 19th century.
Hilarious (and discouraging) that this yayhoo had swap his apartment for his willingness to appease antifa. Lessons learned hard are lessons learned well, though.
Last night, Gallant had a sudden change of heart towards the “peaceful protestors” when he came home to his apartment complex vandalized. He found the Starbucks underneath torched with graffiti plastered on the storefront. Cops told residents to stay away in case of explosives inside.
“I feel like I need to buy a firearm, because clearly this is going to keep happening. Enough is enough,” Gallant furiously typed.
